Create the customer first. Then add their users and choose a trial or annual activation code.
Only authorized users can sign in. Export starts disabled and must be enabled for both the customer and the user.
New activation codes contain 25 letters and numbers. Codes are shown once; the paid year starts only when redeemed in BookPort.
Successful annual code redemptions in the desktop app. Creating a code does not start a subscription.
One 7-day trial per customer, starting immediately. Authorized users sign in to BookPort online; no activation code is needed.
Paid access lasts exactly one calendar year from activation. Renew an expired subscription with a new activation code.

Recorded business operations reported by BookPort. Refresh to load the latest activity.
Sessions count successful sign-ins. Work time measures operation duration, not time online. Transactions count confirmed invoice posts. Lines and payload bytes count successful posts across import types; payload size is not the QuickBooks company file size. This measures BookPort activity, not all usage inside QuickBooks. No financial values or customer transaction details are captured.
